Yoga with YOU in mind focuses on YOUR wellness needs.  Whether your goals are on fitness or looking to reduce stress while needing more of a meditative practice, we have you covered.  Yoga with YOU in mind wants to teach you how to heal your body.   Yoga has improved the quality of my life immensely!  The physical, mental, and spiritual benefits are limitless. 

​ Yoga personal training helps you get leaner, centers your mind and calms your thoughts, all while relaxing your spirit.  Yoga helps us focus less about what our bodies look like and appreciate more of what our bodies can do for us. ​

Therapeutic Yoga is very special to me.  We can work together to align your spine, improve any limiting range of motion, manage anxiety and depression; the list goes on. ​ Yoga with YOU in mind will always consider and take care of YOU, not the condition.

Melissa is amazing!!  She really listens to your goals and takes the time to create the best workout for you. I love that she makes sure to correct your form and ask questions about how you're feeling in the process too! I never thought I would be a yoga person, but now I am addicted.
